The Role As an HSEQ Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring all staff, contractors and service providers operate safely and in line with project controls and compliance frameworks. You’ll be embedded within project teams, driving a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site inspections to identify and rectify safety breaches or hazards Monitor and enforce PPE compliance Attend site safety committee meetings and follow up agreed actions Induct all site personnel and contractors on project‑specific requirements Maintain accurate safety records and documentation Promote safe work practices throughout the construction process Develop and review work method statements, project plans and inspection/test plans Implement system improvements to demonstrate ongoing safety performance Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety Current First Aid qualification Training & Assessment qualification (highly regarded) Collaborative, approachable and detail‑driven operating style Strong administration and communication skills In return, you’ll join a respected industry leader offering excellent job security, career development and a competitive salary package .
