Contract Administrator – 3 Month Contract | ASAP Start | Sydney CBD Contract Administrator – Commercial New Build & Fit Out Projects Location: Sydney CBD Contract: 3 Months (Potential Extension) Start: ASAP An established and highly regarded commercial builder is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract . With a strong pipeline of new build and commercial fit out projects , this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced project team on fast-paced and high-quality developments. The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to project completion. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review and administer subcontract agreements. Procurement and letting of subcontract packages. Manage subcontractor progress claims and payment schedules. Assess and process variations. Prepare client progress claims and cost reports. Monitor project budgets and forecast costs. Assist with project cash flow and financial reporting. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers. Ensure contractual obligations and project documentation are maintained. Support the successful commercial delivery of new build and fit out projects. About You To be successful, you will have: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction industry. Experience delivering new build and/or fit out projects . Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial administration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. What's on Offer Immediate ASAP start . Initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.
