Scheduler / Dispatcher – Transport & Earthmoving Port Kennedy, WA | Full-Time | $35.60/hr Super Overtime We are looking for a Scheduler / Dispatcher to join a growing operational team at a leading transport and earthmoving business based in Port Kennedy, WA. This is a hands-on role coordinating around 20 trucks, supporting site services, equipment hire, and daily transport operations. You’ll work closely with a small, friendly team to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and vehicles are dispatched safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch trucks for transport, earthmoving, and site services. Coordinate driver rosters, relief drivers, and manage daily operational changes. Liaise with clients and site teams to confirm requirements, timing, and resources. Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements. Support operational planning and assist the team to ensure smooth daily operations. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate $35.60 plus superannuation and overtime.
