Reference FR0626-181832 Position description Domain Programs / Customer Relations Job field / Job profile Customer services and support - Field representative Job title Field Representative Employment type Permanent Professional category Professional, Engineer & Manager Part time / Full time Full-time Job description Reporting to the Field Representative Manager, the Field Representative is responsible for: - Provide local proactive assistance to the operators - Provide technical assistance to SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Australia customers as required: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week - Assist the customer to ensure the operational serviceability of SAFRAN Helicopter Engines equipment in compliance with safety and national airworthiness instructions - Provide regular updates on SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Australia fleets and operational data - Confirmation of removals according to published technical publication - Ensure that all entries within the Logbooks, Log cards are executed correctly and as per established procedures - Promote the entry into service of products and support services - Facilitate the return of products for investigation, repair or overhaul as required - The completion of Technical Reports as appropriate for the work performed - To liaise with the Customer Support Team of any issues arising during customer interaction and recording these subjects in our global CRM database. - Regularly visit customers as per established programme - Report and maintain accurate Fleet activity - Report Customer satisfaction as required - Coordinate and communicate with Customer Support team as required to ensure highest levels of support and customer satisfaction But what else? Candidate skills & requirements This demanding role requires you to have strong proven experience and knowledge in: - One of more of SAFRAN Helicopter Engine variants such as, Arriel, Arrius, RTM322 - Performing technical support for operators - Providing detailed customer service - Performing maintenance tasks in service centres and in the field - Performing release inspections and issuing release documentation - Airframe to engine interface knowledge would be highly regarded Additionally in this role, you will be required to frequently travel to the numerous operators in the region, therefore flexibility is rated as a key attribute.
