Requirements What you’ll bring to the proverbial table: Completed your Professional Year Ideally 3 years industry experience (though newer advisers are encouraged to apply — we may have other opportunities available). Strong skills in insurance quoting software and comparison tools. Experience lodging applications and navigating the underwriting process. Detailed understanding of the insurance underwriting process and likely outcomes. Excellent communication and email management skills. FASEA approved and on the Adviser Register. You bring energy and motivation to your work. You’re obsessed with being part of a team culture that values people and has real-world impact. You can work in a high-trust, high-accountability environment that’s fully remote. You’re proactive, organised, and known for great email management and follow-through. You communicate clearly and can explain complex insurance concepts simply. You love to have fun (because at Skye we’re allergic to boring).
