An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer | Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded General Insurance team in Melbourne. Working alongside experienced Principals and Senior Lawyers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of complex and high-profile matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise and client management skills. The Opportunity You will advise major Australian insurers, institutions and government bodies across a diverse range of matters, including: Public liability claims Product liability disputes Personal injury litigation Property damage matters Complex, high-value insurance disputes This role offers genuine responsibility and the opportunity to be involved in matters from inception through to resolution, with strong mentorship and support from recognised leaders in the field. About You To be successful, you will ideally have: 3–5 years' post-admission experience Experience in insurance litigation, ideally within general liability or public liability Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities The confidence to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment A commercial approach to problem-solving and client service Why Consider This Opportunity?
