The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our dynamic Public Liabilities teams. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing and resolving client cases, supervising staff, and driving successful outcomes while upholding the firm’s high ethical and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution. Prepare and review pleadings, Statements of Claim, and other court documents. Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on case merits. Attend conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings with clients and barristers. Negotiate and settle claims in line with client instructions. Maintain regular and clear communication with clients, ensuring superior client service. Supervise and mentor support staff to ensure compliance with firm protocols. Meet individual KPIs including file management, client satisfaction, and fee budgets. Maintain compliance with all professional obligations, including CPD requirements. About You You will bring: Admission as a Solicitor in NSW with a current practising certificate. Minimum 3 -5 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury litigation. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills. A proven track record in achieving successful client outcomes. High attention to detail, with excellent organisational and file management abilities. Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff.
