We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Reconditioning Supervisor to lead a fast-paced and dynamic automotive reconditioning operation This role requires a strong leader who can manage workflow, maintain quality standards, and keep the team moving efficiently. Manage the full Recon workflow: Cosmetic Prep, Panel, Detailing, Deliveries, Quality Control, Yard Movements Work with Detailers to track performance of speed and Quality and report Maintain throughput and prevent bottlenecks Maintain equipment and evolve to improve productivity Lead, train, build and supervise a team Oversee quality control on all areas Implement process improvements and standardise procedures Maintain job tracking and build expectations within team Continue to grow the strengths internal to increase throughput Staff retention and Recruitment Safety and culture
