About the Role We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and administration of our utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across Australia. Working closely with project owners, EPC contractors, equipment suppliers and internal teams, you will help drive projects from early development through procurement and delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets and documentation are maintained to a high standard. This role involves close liaison with our group companies and overseas stakeholders, and coordination across multiple states, so strong cross-cultural communication and a willingness to travel are essential. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, schedules and resources across the project lifecycle, from early development through to procurement and delivery Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and progress reports Monitor project budgets, costs and expenditure, and assist in preparing quotations, configuration schedules and procurement documentation Liaise with project owners, EPC contractors, equipment suppliers and internal technical teams to ensure deliverables are met Coordinate with our group companies and overseas stakeholders on technical specifications, equipment supply and commercial requirements Track project risks, issues and dependencies, and support timely resolution Maintain accurate project records, registers and documentation Organise and minute project meetings, and follow up on action items Support continuous improvement of project administration and coordination practices Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Commerce, Construction Management or a closely related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project administration or project development Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle Proven ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with international suppliers and overseas stakeholders, including across different time zones and cultural contexts Demonstrated experience liaising with interstate and/or overseas stakeholders Strong organisational, scheduling, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Proficiency with project management and office software Be willing to travel interstate and to project sites as required How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role.
