Description About the Role This is a strategic Finance Business Partner role supporting Finance and Plan Management functions, delivering financial insight, governance and performance improvement across the organisation. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen financial capability, ensure NDIS compliance and support sustainable, high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Provide financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and commercial insights Partner with leaders to support decision-making and improve performance Monitor budgets, utilisation and service line financial performance Lead financial governance of plan management operations and NDIS compliance Strengthen financial capability through coaching and stakeholder engagement Support continuous improvement, system enhancements and transformation initiatives Skills And Experiences Knowledge, skills and experience Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to influence outcomes Advanced financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability Experience delivering management reporting and performance insights Sound understanding of financial governance, controls and compliance frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching and capability building Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems Knowledge of NDIS funding, pricing and participant-centred service delivery principles (desirable) Experience in NDIS, disability, health, aged care or not-for-profit sectors (desirable) Education and Qualifications Essential: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in finance, management accounting or business partnering NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check Desirable: CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) qualification Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g. Business Central, Workday, Wiise, Exflow) We’re serious about safeguarding our clients.
