OVERVIEW: Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a high-quality role that offers excellent work-life balance? Our client, a top-tier global property agency, is seeking a driven and skilled professional for a temporary, part-time position (3–4 days per week) to oversee a dynamic portfolio in Adelaide. In this role, you will manage a mixed portfolio consisting predominantly of retail assets, rounded out with a few industrial and commercial properties. Split between a central CBD office and on-site management, you will take ownership of asset performance while ensuring high standards of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise a mixed asset portfolio, with a primary focus on retail properties alongside select industrial and commercial sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers through split time between the CBD office and on-site visits. Oversee and develop income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, audits, and property inspections. Coordinate operational issues and implement strategies to enhance occupancy and rental yields. Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and industry standards. What You Bring Essential: Demonstrated experience managing retail property portfolios. Proven ability to manage a split schedule between office and site environments effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously across a 3-4 day work week.
