This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded relationship builder who understands the aged care sector and enjoys creating opportunities, building referral networks and driving sustainable growth. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding referral pathways, strengthening relationships across the healthcare and community sectors, and positioning the organisation as a trusted provider of quality aged care services. About the Role: Develop and grow referral partnerships across aged care, healthcare and community services. Build strong relationships with support coordinators, hospitals, health professionals, discharge planners and community organisations. Represent the organisation at networking events and industry forums. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies. Monitor industry trends, aged care reforms and market developments. Maintain CRM records and provide reporting on referral activity and pipeline performance. About You You'll bring: Experience in business development, account management, stakeholder engagement or relationship management. Exposure to aged care, home care, community services, disability or healthcare. A proven ability to build partnerships and generate referral opportunities. Outstanding communication, networking and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously.
