Your responsibilities will include: Performing preventative and scheduled maintenance Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimising downtime Conducting machinery inspections and servicing Installing and commissioning new equipment Maintaining accurate maintenance records Managing spare parts and inventory requirements Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and TPM programs Working closely with production teams to ensure operational efficiency Afternoon shift 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Maintenance Fitting (Certificate III or equivalent) Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Experience with preventative maintenance programs Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Sound computer skills, ideally with exposure to SAP or similar maintenance systems Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Desirable ⭐ Experience within food, dairy, FMCG, or manufacturing environments ⭐ Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards Apply Now If you're a hands-on Maintenance Fitter who enjoys solving problems, improving equipment reliability, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
