Project Manager | Retail, Industrial & Commercial Projects Location: Brisbane, QLD Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 including Super, depending on experience The Company This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a Brisbane project portfolio with a well-regarded construction group delivering across retail, industrial and commercial projects. The business has an established reputation across multiple states and is continuing to grow its Queensland presence. Their work is varied, covering retail projects, industrial developments, commercial refurbishments, structural upgrades, live environment works and fitout components. This is not a single-project PM role. It will suit someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple moving parts, and is comfortable dealing directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams. The Position You will be responsible for managing projects across the Brisbane portfolio, from planning and procurement through to site delivery, handover and close-out. You will be involved in: Managing multiple commercial construction projects across Brisbane Overseeing programme, cost, quality, safety and delivery outcomes Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams Managing procurement, scopes, variations, claims and reporting Supporting design coordination and buildability input where required Driving site progress and resolving issues early Delivering projects across retail, industrial, commercial and live environments About You You will ideally have: Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction Exposure to retail, industrial, commercial, fitout or refurbishment projects Strong subcontractor management and client-facing capability Commercial awareness across procurement, variations, cost control and programme Confidence managing multiple projects or a varied project portfolio A practical, delivery-focused approach Clear communication skills and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders The Opportunity This role needs someone who can think commercially, stay close to the detail and help build structure around a growing Queensland project pipeline.
