MediRecruit is currently recruiting for an exciting 50% work from home opportunity supporting aged care assessment services in Broadmedows, VIC. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive aged care assessments to determine the care and support needs of older Australians. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will undertake holistic assessments that consider clients' health, functional capacity, social circumstances, and overall wellbeing, helping them access appropriate aged care services and supports.
