ConsultANZ is seeking experienced Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, and Project Managers to join a leading piling and ground engineering contractor based in Brisbane . This is a great opportunity to support a strong pipeline of Design & Construct (D&C) civil construction projects across Southeast Queensland. RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver and manage multiple civil construction projects across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and wider Queensland as required Oversee project delivery across safety, programme, quality, and cost objectives Lead, mentor, and support engineers and site teams Manage Design & Construct (D&C) project delivery from design through construction phases Coordinate piling and ground engineering works including CFA, bored piles, driven piles, secant walls, and ground improvement works Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting across multiple sites Travel across Queensland as required to support project delivery REQUIREMENTS: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent Must hold a full-time working right in Australia Strong background in civil construction projects Proven experience in Design & Construct (D&C) project delivery Strong project management or site engineering experience Strong leadership and ability to mentor engineers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Confident, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities BENEFITS: Competitive base salary of $120k–$170k super car allowance (negotiable depending on experience).
