As an Executive Assistant, you may be responsible for: Providing high-level administrative and executive support to Executives, Directors, General Managers or senior leadership teams Supporting projects, governance requirements and broader business operations Managing complex diaries, inboxes, appointments and meeting coordination Acting as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders Preparing agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence Coordinating travel, events, board papers and key stakeholder communications Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement in sensitive situations About you We are looking to connect with candidates who bring: Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Project Support or senior administration role Strong diary, inbox and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organisational capability Confidence working with senior leaders and executive teams Project and governance experience, including the ability to support documentation, reporting, coordination and follow-up of key actions A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems These roles span a variety of industries and organisational environments, offering the opportunity to align your experience, working style and career goals with the right organisation.
