We're looking for four Administration Officers (AO3) to join a large-scale environmental operations program that plays a critical role in protecting Queensland's agriculture, environment and communities. Berrinba location ( Hybrid Flexibility Available) $51.12/hr super ASAP start until end of March 2027 Multiple opportunities available This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll utilise technology, mapping systems and administrative expertise to support field operations across South East Queensland. About the Role Working within a busy operational environment, you'll provide essential administrative support to help coordinate field activities and ensure accurate, timely information is delivered across the program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing accurate and timely administrative support across operational teams. Monitoring, reviewing and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems. Producing reports, maps and operational documentation using various systems and applications. Assisting with scheduling appointments and bookings for operational activities. Responding to enquiries and delivering high-quality customer service. Identifying process improvements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Participating in system testing and providing feedback on upgrades and enhancements. Supporting and mentoring new team members where required. Preparing reports and data for management decision making. We're looking for someone who has: Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Confidence working across multiple computer systems. The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills. A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team. Highly Desirable Experience using ArcGIS or other GIS mapping software. Experience working within an operational or project environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Requirements Current unrestricted C Class Driver Licence . Relevant administrative experience or qualifications will be highly regarded. Location Primary office based in Berrinba , with opportunities to work across multiple South East Queensland locations including: Ipswich Logan Moreton Bay Brisbane North Brisbane South Gold Coast Following the completion of training, you'll have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week .
