The Client: Our client is a Perth based, multi disciplined firm that delivers project management, facilities and asset management across a wide range of asset classes. They provide comprehensive facilities programs and capital project initiatives. This role would be perfect for someone who would like to work for a smaller, specialist Facilities and Asset Management provider and has an appetite for growth with the company. What You’ll Be Doing? This is a hybrid role: part Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, part Handyman. Facilities Coordination Work (Office‑Based): Managing planned, preventive and reactive maintenance actions Scheduling subcontractors and updating work orders Basic CMMS/IWMS data entry and record‑keeping Reviewing job reports, photos and close‑out notes Assisting with compliance checks, qualifications and site documentation Supporting basic scopes of work and emergent job requirements General FM administration and communication with clients and trades Handyman / Site‑Based Work: Performing low‑level handyman tasks at client sites (e.g. minor repairs, replacements, touch‑ups, adjustments) Mobilising to regional or remote sites for short stays (2–3 days at a time) Carrying out safe work in government‑sector environments (HSEQ awareness crucial) Using a tablet/laptop onsite to complete job records, photos and updates Representing the business professionally while interacting with clients and site teams This is a varied, hands‑on role with real responsibility. You’re not just pushing paperwork, and you’re not stuck doing labouring; you get the best of both worlds.
