Job Description PRACTICE MANAGER POSITION Are you an organised, motivated professional looking to step into a key leadership role within a supportive and friendly healthcare environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. This is a maternity backfill role of approximately 23 hours per week, with flexibility to cover additional hours for staff leave and sick leave as required. The position is for a term of 6–12 months, with potential opportunity to transition into a reception role. We operate from a spacious, purpose-built clinic with a modern and comfortable reception and administration space. We are looking for someone with: Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks Strong computer literacy, with MYOB experience preferred Ability to multi-task in a busy healthcare environment A proactive and solutions-focused approach And who is: Eager to learn and grow in the role Adaptable and flexible A strong team player who can collaborate across departments Confident in taking ownership and responsibility Open to feedback and continuous improvement Skills / Experience: Previous practice management or senior administration experience is highly desirable Experience with MYOB preferred Experience in a healthcare or allied health setting is an advantage but not essential Strong customer service and professional communication skills are essential
