Their operations range from specialised refurbishments to large-scale commercial developments, often coordinating teams of up to 150 contractors across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, collate, and maintain certification and compliance documentation, including fire test reports and technical data sheets Develop and manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and project handover documentation Assist with site inductions and training materials, ensuring compliance requirements are met before site access Coordinate building sample boards, material submissions, and value engineering processes Support procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, deliveries, and logistics management Assist with the implementation and documentation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including site photography and compliance records Liaise with project managers, estimators, accounts, and logistics teams to support successful project delivery Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure records are up to date Candidate Profile: We are seeking a motivated and organised individual currently studying a degree in Building, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for a foot in the door of the construction industry while continuing their studies.
