About the role: We're looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and support across Primary Mental Health teams. You'll deliver effective, developmentally appropriate and evidence-based interventions to young people and their families, while providing clinical supervision, coaching and skill building to staff working directly with clients. You'll have overall responsibility for ensuring day-to-day clinical operations run smoothly, supporting delivery across the four headspace streams: mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drugs, and work and study. You'll also play a key role in quality improvement, contributing to strategic planning, policy and procedure development, and ensuring services remain consistent with the headspace model. Day to day, you'll provide a youth-friendly, family-inclusive service through bio-psycho-social assessments, brief interventions and evidence-based therapeutic care, while managing referrals, waiting lists and client flow-through. You'll lead clinical reviews, referral reviews and peer supervision, support private providers within the centre, and orient new team members and students on placement. About you: Approved tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline (Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing), with a minimum of 5 years' experience and registration with the relevant body (AHPRA, AASW, etc). Postgraduate qualifications and experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and ACT. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and coaching skills, with experience providing clinical leadership and supervision within a multidisciplinary team. A passion for youth mental health and a strong interest in improving service access and cultural safety. Experience and passion for working alongside young Aboriginal people and their families. Minimum 3 years' experience delivering early intervention services to young people, including group programs. Experience working within a headspace service and familiarity with the headspace Model Integrity Framework is desirable. NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), National Police Criminal History Report, NT Driver's Licence and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
