Key Responsibilities: Drive the establishment and growth of the Australian market across multiple commercial channels within the hospitality and foodservice project ecosystem Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across hospitality, foodservice, construction, development, and design-led project sectors Build and expand strategic relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, hospitality groups, and end users Own the end-to-end business development process, from market mapping and lead generation through to solution development, proposal, negotiation, and project closure Develop and manage a strong pipeline across multiple channels including direct clients, project networks, and industry partnerships Work closely with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to translate client requirements into tailored, project-based commercial kitchen solutions Represent the business in the market, actively building brand presence within key industry ecosystems and professional networks Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to identify growth opportunities and inform commercial strategy Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment between commercial commitments and manufacturing capability Support the build-out of the local operation, contributing to go-to-market strategy and long-term commercial structure development If the above sounds like you, please apply ASAP!
