The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you'll step into a senior customer service role supporting a team of three while remaining hands-on with customers and day-to-day operations. This is a permanent full-time position based in Prestons, NSW, working Monday to Friday. What You'll Be Doing Support the day-to-day operations of a small customer service team Process sales orders and prepare quotations Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Process credits and customer returns Maintain pricing information and product data Prepare reports and support branch administration Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time About You Previous experience within the electrical industry, electrical wholesale or wholesale distribution is essential Strong internal sales or customer service experience Confident supporting and mentoring others Well organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems Current driver's licence Full Australian working rights If you're looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career while remaining hands-on with customers, we'd love to hear from you.
