The role: Reporting to the CEO and supporting the wider sales team, you are responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Duties include but are not limited to: Identifying potential clients and building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally Scheduling meetings and providing follow-ups Ensuring seamless communications across the business development activities Planning, organising and participating in tradeshows and other events as required Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports, supporting sales forecasting and budgeting processes Maintaining day-to-day administration and ensuring the CRM system is maintained Assisting with marketing and promotional materials, etc. The person: You are highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, are results-driven with proven ability in generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships A solid record of achieving KPI's and sales targets in a fast-paced environment is essential Experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management or related service industry is a must Proficiency utilising CRM systems At a minimum, you hold a Certificate or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field Note: A National police check and pre-employment health screening will need to be completed before commencement.
