This position will provide effective support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tasks. This role is full time, and the working hours are | Monday to Thursday 7am - 3.30pm, Friday 7am - 1.30pm. Your main duties will include but are not limited to the following: Key Responsibilities: Developing detailed maintenance plans and schedules for mechanical equipment and systems. Coordinating labour, materials, tools, and external contractors required for maintenance activities. Analysing equipment performance data to support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Preparing job plans, work instructions, and maintenance documentation. Monitoring maintenance execution to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities using maintenance management systems . Assisting in troubleshooting equipment failures and recommending corrective actions. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and industry standards. Liaising with engineers, supervisors, and operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize production. To be successful in this role you will have to: Highly developed attention to detail. Ability to set priorities and meet strict deadlines. Team player but also have the ability to work on your own. Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure Qualification At least Diploma in engineering/science or any equivalent.
