Job Description We are seeking an experienced and trade qualified Field Service Technician to join our team in Perth or Bunbury, WA. This is a hands on role delivering service, fault finding, repairs, and commissioning across a range of hydraulic systems and equipment, both onsite and in the workshop. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment operates at peak performance while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Working independently and as part of a close knit team, you will represent the business on customer sites, delivering high quality service and technical expertise. What you will be doing Breakdowns & Field Service: Respond to service and breakdown requests, carrying out fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance Hydraulic Diagnostics: Diagnose issues and perform testing to restore system performance and reliability Installation & Commissioning: Install, commission, and test hydraulic systems and large scale projects Maintenance & System Support: Conduct system analysis and recommend maintenance or modernisation solutions Customer Support: Build strong relationships with customers through professional service delivery and ongoing engagement Parts & Service Opportunities: Identify spare parts and service opportunities to support customer needs and drive service growth Documentation & Reporting: Prepare service reports, quotations, and quality documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
