About the Roles Positions available: Wood CNC Operators Cabinet Makers French Polishers We are looking for people who take pride in craftsmanship, value precision, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative workshop environment delivering quality bespoke work. Key Responsibilities CNC Wood Machinist Set up, operate, and program CNC machinery for precision cutting and shaping Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production plans Work with hardwoods, veneers, and engineered timber products Ensure high accuracy and quality control of finished components Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Cabinet Maker Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and furniture to high standards Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and specifications Work with a range of materials including solid timber and veneers Carry out precise cutting, fitting, and finishing work Ensure all work meets premium quality and finish standards French Polisher Prepare and finish high-end timber surfaces to luxury standards Apply traditional and modern polishing techniques including staining, sealing, and lacquering Repair, restore, and refine timber surfaces and furniture pieces Achieve flawless finishes on bespoke furniture and joinery products Maintain high attention to detail across all finishing work About You Proven experience in your trade (CNC machining, cabinet making, or French polishing) Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Reliable, motivated, and proud of your workmanship Experience working in bespoke, high-end, or custom furniture environments highly regarded Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes What We Offer Work on premium, high-end furniture and bespoke projects Supportive and skilled team environment Long-term, stable opportunity with ongoing work Opportunity to further develop specialist finishing and craftsmanship skills Competitive rates based on experience If you take pride in fine detail, precision workmanship, and producing high-end finished products, we would love to hear from you.
