Our client is highly regarded law firm seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level to join its expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner to step into a high-involvement role working closely with partners on complex, high-value property and transactional matters across a diverse client base. In this role, you will work directly with senior practitioners and partners, gaining early exposure to sophisticated property transactions while maintaining a high level of client engagement and matter responsibility. You will be involved across the full lifecycle of property work, from acquisition and structuring through to development, leasing, and disposal, with exposure to both advisory and transactional matters. The practice is collaborative, commercially grounded, and highly partner-involved, with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, industrial, and residential property. You will be joining a close-knit team where hierarchy is minimal, collaboration is prioritised, and development is actively supported through hands-on mentorship and technical guidance. The team regularly works across cross-disciplinary matters, including property-related commercial transactions and occasional disputes, offering a well-rounded and engaging practice environment.
