About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a supportive and high-performing HR team in Sydney. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will own the end-to-end recruitment function across showrooms, distribution centres and head office nationally. This is a varied, busy and genuinely rewarding role for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You will be the face of recruitment for this business - building talent pipelines, partnering with managers across the country and ensuring the best people find their way into the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across showrooms, distribution centres and head office nationally Develop compelling, targeted job advertising across relevant platforms Conduct telephone screening, face-to-face interviews and reference checks Partner with hiring managers weekly to review, prioritise and update recruitment requirements Follow up with hiring managers within 24 hours of interviews to progress candidates efficiently Build and maintain talent pipelines and passive candidate networks via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels Brief and manage external recruitment agencies when required, ensuring candidates meet the brief Manage candidate experience and communication throughout the process, maintaining brand integrity at every touchpoint Identify and implement new and innovative sourcing strategies to keep recruitment fresh and effective Contribute to process improvements and initiatives across the broader HR function Ensure compliance with all WH&S policies and workplace behaviour standards About You Experience recruiting in a retail, multi-site and high-volume environment highly regarded 10 years experience Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable partnering with managers at all levels Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver within tight timeframes Experienced with ATS/recruitment platforms and social sourcing tools including LinkedIn Writes and speaks with ease - your job ads and candidate correspondence will reflect the brand Proactive sourcing mindset - you go and find great people rather than waiting for them to come to you Positive, solutions-focused and resilient - you handle pressure well and bring energy to the team A natural relationship builder with a continuous improvement mindset High attention to detail across all written communication, compliance and process What's On Offer Salary: 120k super Work with a nationally recognised and loved Australian brand Cooperative and people-first HR team A role with real variety, ownership and impact Opportunity to contribute to a business that genuinely values its people and culture To apply online, please click on the apply button.
