As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of high quality IT services across the organisation, ensuring support, service management, and business engagement functions operate effectively and align with Delta's strategic priorities. You will lead a team of IT Support Officers and IT Business Partners, driving service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead IT Business Partners to build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders Support delivery of key initiatives aligned to the IT Roadmap Lead IT Support Officers and oversee end to end IT service delivery Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and strategic priorities Foster a high performance, customer focused team culture Manage team workload, priorities, and performance outcomes Oversee IT Change and Incident Management processes, including: Planning and facilitating weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings Ensuring effective governance, risk mitigation, and business alignment What are we looking for?
