Key Responsibilities: • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery • Supervising, training, and motivating front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards • Coordinating staff rosters, shift allocations, and workforce planning. • Monitoring customer satisfaction and handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and licensing requirements • Managing stock control, ordering supplies, and liaising with suppliers as required • Assisting with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue and profitability targets • Working closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations • Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the venue and ensuring an exceptional guest experience • Supporting marketing, promotional activities, and special events to drive business growth About You: • At least one year of relevant experience in a restaurant management or hospitality leadership role • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and compliance requirements • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure • Professional presentation and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum
