Site Manager – North Brisbane (Mango Hill) Salary: $190,000 – $220,000 super We are partnering with a well-established Queensland-based property developer and construction group known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across South East Queensland, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a newly commencing commercial office project in Mango Hill, North Brisbane, and play a key role in delivering a high-standard build from start to finish. The Project A newly commencing commercial office development in Mango Hill, North Brisbane. This is a site-based role offering the opportunity to take ownership of a key project within a growing pipeline of work. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for full site management across all stages of construction, ensuring safety, quality, and program delivery are maintained to a high standard. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site activity, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Full site management and day-to-day site operations WHS compliance including SWMS review, inductions, and inspections Construction programming, 2-week lookaheads, and scheduling Coordination of materials, plant, equipment, and subcontractors Quality control including ITPs, defects, and set-out Site administration including RFIs, drawings, site diaries, and reporting Subcontractor management meetings and NCR resolution About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-residential or commercial construction Strong recent Site Management experience on similar projects QBCC Open Builder Licence or Nominee Supervisor Licence (essential) First Aid Certificate Strong understanding of site coordination, programming, and WHS requirements Experience with Procore and construction site systems highly regarded Strong communication and leadership skills Why Apply Strong pipeline of secured work with a reputable developer/builder Opportunity to lead a flagship new project Long-term career growth within a growing construction business Competitive salary package of $190K – $220K super How to Apply: If you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a meaningful impact in the world of real estate, we want to hear from you!
