IEPro are working with a respected civil contractor to recruit an experienced Supervisor to support the delivery of utilities and water infrastructure projects across Perth. This opportunity sits within a contractor known for delivering complex underground services, water infrastructure, and civil construction projects throughout Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth across the utilities sector, the business is seeking a practical leader capable of driving safe and efficient project delivery. This role will suit a Supervisor who enjoys being on site, leading crews, coordinating work fronts, and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders. The Opportunity As Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities across utilities and water infrastructure projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain productivity and achieve programme milestones. The Role In this role, you will: Supervise construction activities across water and utilities projects Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials Oversee installation of water mains, pipelines, pump stations, and associated infrastructure Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements Monitor project progress and assist with short-term planning activities Interpret drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Maintain site records, daily reports, and project documentation Work closely with project teams to resolve site issues and maintain delivery targets About You To succeed, you will bring: Proven experience supervising utilities or water infrastructure projects Strong understanding of pipeline construction and underground services Experience delivering projects within live operational environments Ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors Strong understanding of safety and quality management systems Excellent communication and leadership skills A practical, hands-on approach to project delivery Experience working with Water Corporation projects highly regarded The Benefits Perth-based role with local project work A salary up to $190k super vehicle Strong pipeline of secured water and utilities projects Supportive leadership and established delivery teams Long-term career progression opportunities Stable workload within a growing infrastructure sector Please note: Only candidates with local Australian based experience and working rights will be considered.
