About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Optical Store Manager to lead a high-volume store located within Tea Tree Plaza. With four Optometrists on site and a team of approximately 10, this is a fast-paced leadership role requiring strong operational capability, commercial acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving store performance, developing your team and ensuring every customer receives expert service and care throughout their eyewear journey. A structured 4-6 week onboarding program will set you up for success, providing the tools, systems and support needed to thrive in the role. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of optical professionals and retail team members Drive sales performance, customer experience and operational excellence Coach, develop and support team members to achieve individual and store goals Manage day-to-day store operations including rostering, reporting and performance management Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards Build strong customer relationships and deliver personalised service Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability Partner closely with Optometrists to deliver a seamless customer experience About You Previous optical experience is essential Strong leadership experience within a customer-focused retail environment Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and team performance Passion for premium customer service and eyewear solutions Excellent communication and coaching skills Highly organised with strong operational and commercial capability Experience managing high-volume stores and large teams will be highly regarded What's In It For You?
