A rare permanent part-time opportunity for a skilled administration officer to join a national organisation Your new company Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support a busy and growing operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied role where no two days are the same, working closely with senior leaders and project teams to keep everything running smoothly. Your new role As an integral member of the team, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across multiple functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. Youll play a key role in supporting project delivery, managing documentation, and maintaining strong internal systems.Key responsibilities include: Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence Raising work orders and purchase orders in line with business needs Managing invoicing, including end-of-month billing, in line with client requirements. Maintaining accurate records, registers, and electronic filing systems Reviewing accounts payable documentation before submission Supporting supplier and customer onboarding processes Assisting with staff administration, including timesheets and leave coordination Providing general office support and assisting with team events What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an administrative role (minimum 2 years)Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication skills and a professional, friendly approachAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skillsExperience within a corporate, construction, or project-based environment will be highly regarded.
