Temporary opportunity to join a reputable financial services firm as their CRM Administrator Your new company Our client is a well-established and growing Financial Planning practice with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional advice and service to their clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CRM Administrator with strong Xplan expertise to support advisers and ensure the efficient management of client records, workflows and compliance requirements. Your new role As the CRM Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting advisers and maintaining the integrity of the firm's client management system. You will be responsible for ensuring client data is accurate, workflows are effectively managed, and administrative processes are completed to a high standard.Key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining client records within Xplan. Ensuring accuracy, completeness and integrity of client data. Supporting adviser workflows, review processes and client lifecycle management. Preparing client documentation, correspondence and meeting packs. Processing applications, amendments and implementation paperwork. Coordinating adviser diaries, review meetings and follow-up actions. Liaising with clients, product providers and external stakeholders. Assisting with compliance requirements, file management and audit preparation. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and system efficiencies. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in a CRM Administrator, Client Services Officer or Financial Planning Administration role. Advanced working knowledge of Xplan (essential). Experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Advice environment. Strong understanding of adviser support and client administration processes. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy skills. Strong organisational and time management capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
