About the Role: Working closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of this high-performing kitchen. You'll assist with service, lead sections, mentor junior chefs, maintain exceptional food quality, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and consistency. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced fine dining environment and is passionate about Japanese cuisine and premium seafood. Your Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within fine dining or premium restaurants. Experience preparing premium seafood, sashimi, sushi, or Japanese cuisine is highly regarded. Exceptional knife skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior chefs. A genuine passion for premium produce, quality, and continuous improvement.
