What's on Offer $95,000 - $100,000 Super Fully maintained company Ute provided Stable, permanent full-time position Work on exciting high end Residential landscape construction projects Supportive leadership team and positive company culture Opportunities for career progression and ongoing training Join a business that genuinely values its people Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating landscape construction teams onsite Coordinating daily site activities, materials and subcontractors Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget Maintaining high standards of workmanship across soft and hard landscaping Liaising with clients, suppliers and project managers Identifying and resolving site issues quickly and effectively Managing project costs and site productivity Completing site documentation using job management software About You Ideally, you'll have : Cert III in Landscape Construction Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman or leading Residential landscape construction crews Strong knowledge of both hard and soft landscaping Excellent communication and people management skills Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills Experience managing project costs and site resources Ability to prioritise work and make sound decisions under pressure Experience using landscape or construction job management software (highly regarded) Current driver's licence Ability to pass a National Police Check (required) Full Australian working rights Apply NOW for a confidential chat with our team members.
