Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial fit-out and electrical upgrade projects Oversee programs, labour, subcontractors, and resources across jobs Control project budgets, costs, and variations Build and maintain relationships with builders, clients, and consultants Coordinate with internal divisions (maintenance, technology, data centres) Review drawings and ensure compliance with technical standards Ensure adherence to WHS, quality, and compliance requirements Manage procurement, suppliers, and material deliveries Provide regular progress, financial, and risk reporting Lead commissioning, defect resolution, and project handover About You 10 Years Site Management with 7 Years as PM, ideally Proven background in commercial electrical projects (fit-outs/refurbishments) Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Strong exposure to estimating, tendering, and pricing Background with mid-tier contractors or fit-out specialists Exposure to data centres, critical infrastructure, or maintenance (desirable) Background Trade-qualified Electrician (essential) Progressed through: Electrician → Leading Hand / Foreman → Project Manager Strong site-based and client-facing experience Strong project delivery capability (programs, cost, resources) Commercial acumen (budgets, margins, cost tracking) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Strong technical understanding of commercial electrical systems Highly organised and solutions-focused Qualifications NSW Electrical Licence – essential White Card – essential Cert IV / Diploma in Electrical or Project Management – preferred Strong understanding of AS/NZS standards and WHS Salary & Benefits Competitive salary $200k inclusive $180,000 – $200,000 base for the right candidate Vehicle allowance included Strong pipeline of work and long-term stability Additional Info Immediate interview availability Reporting to NSW State Manager Role created due to business growth Apply Now If you're a driven Project Manager looking to join a reputable business with strong leadership, career progression, and a solid project pipeline - apply now or email annmarie@atomresources.com.au.
