The Role
We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with our Head Chef across all aspects of kitchen operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, you'll be on the pass, running service, supporting the team, and helping maintain the standard that keeps people coming back.
What You'll Be Doing
Running service and supporting the Head Chef day-to-day
Leading and developing the kitchen team
Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
Contributing to menu development and seasonal updates
Managing ordering, stock control, and waste
Upholding food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
