THE ROLE The Senior Implementation Officer role is part of a team driving real change for children and families. Using your demonstrated skills in knowledge translation, project management and policy, you will help embed evidence-informed approaches across the Family Services platform. You will work closely with service providers to lift practice capability drawing on your experience in fostering collborative and positive working relationships. As part of a multi-disciplinary team you will: lead innovative projects that keep families together and reunite children in care work with passionate and diverse providers to embed evidence-informed practice and collect and interpret their own outcomes data build expertise in innovative, system level implementation science strategies collaborate with sector leaders, to create lasting system-wide change. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Support the implementation of key components of Restoring Families across provider agencies in Victoria within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters. Rapidly learn the methods required to support the uptake of evidence-based practices and strategies to transfer this knowledge and skill set to provider agencies. * Enhance the capacity of provider agency staff and leadership to embed evidence-informed interventions, drive practice change and other implementation efforts through the development of tailored implementation plans and support.
