The Role You will play a key role in a broad range of complex commercial litigation and class action matters, including: Managing significant components of large-scale litigation and class action proceedings. Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions and other court documents. Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy. Managing client relationships and liaising with counsel and experts. Assisting with court appearances and advocacy opportunities. Collaborating closely with senior practitioners on high-profile matters. About You 3–8 years' post-admission experience. Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, regulatory investigations or class actions. Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Commercially minded with a genuine interest in complex litigation.
