Clean Energy Link North (CELN) Malaga Office | Full Time Genus Infrastructure is seeking an organised and proactive SHEQ Administrator to support the Clean Energy Link North (CELN) project. This office-based role will provide administrative and document control support to ensure the effective operation of SHEQ systems and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain SHEQ documentation, registers, and online systems, including Myosh, SharePoint, and ChemAlert. Coordinate document control activities in line with company procedures. Assist with SHEQ reporting, communications, and meeting administration, including minute taking. Support internal and external SHEQ audits. Monitor and track corrective actions to ensure timely close out. Assist with maintaining licences, certifications, and compliance records. Provide general administrative support to the SHEQ team as required. About You Previous experience in a SHEQ Administration or Document Control role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience within the utilities, construction, mining, or resources sectors will be highly regarded. Desirable Experience using Myosh, SharePoint, or ChemAlert. OHS/WHS qualifications or Internal Auditor training. Current White Card and National Police Clearance.
