Monday to Friday | Kenwick Workshop Support a fleet of 300 vehicles and plant assets Great Team BBQ every Friday Genus Fleet Management is seeking an experienced and highly organised Fleet Administrator to join our growing Fleet & Workshop team based in Kenwick, WA . Supporting a large and diverse fleet of vehicles and plant equipment across Australia, this role is critical in ensuring our assets remain compliant, maintained, and available to support operational and project requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with fleet, transport, workshop, logistics, or maintenance administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team. About the Role Reporting to the Fleet Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across fleet operations, maintenance coordination, compliance, and asset management activities. Key Responsibilities Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation within Gearbox and company systems Coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance activities Assist with fleet compliance, registrations, insurance, and maintenance records Liaise with project teams regarding asset availability, mobilisation, servicing, and repairs Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to minimise downtime Maintain job cards, inspection records, and pre-mobilisation documentation Support workshop personnel and fleet coordinators with day-to-day administration Generate fleet reports and assist with system administration Ensure document control and record management standards are maintained About You Previous experience in a Fleet Administrator, Fleet Coordinator, Transport Administrator, Workshop Administrator, or similar role Experience using fleet management software such as Gearbox or similar systems Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working within a workshop and operational environment Essential Requirements Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices Understanding of fleet maintenance scheduling and compliance requirements Strong Microsoft Office skills Current C Class Driver's Licence National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Why Join Genus?
