Our Legal Services directorate is seeking a Redress Liaison , based in Keswick . As part of the Redress Response Team, you will play a key role in supporting the Department's responsibilities under the National Redress Scheme, helping ensure survivors are treated with respect and compassion throughout their engagement with the process. We are seeking individuals who are organised, compassionate and able to navigate complex information with accuracy and integrity. In this role, you will: Prepare Requests for Information responses, including locating and interpreting relevant departmental records Work with survivors seeking a Direct Personal Response in a respectful, trauma-informed and person-centred manner Coordinate the delivery of Direct Personal Responses, including liaising with DCP executives, independent facilitators and service providers Produce high-quality briefings, correspondence and other written material for the Redress Response Team Maintain accurate records in line with departmental and legislative requirements.
