Role: Senior Automation Tester & Lead Location: Melbourne / Sydney Contract Duration: 6 to 12 Months with high possible extensions Experience: 7 Years Job Summary: Looking for a Senior Automation Tester to drive quality engineering across supply chain systems by building scalable automation frameworks for API, microservices, and integration layers. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain automation frameworks for API and microservices testing Develop automated test suites using Java, JUnit, Rest Assured Perform API, integration, and regression testing Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines Validate data integrity, security, and performance Work closely with developers and product teams for shift-left quality practices Support test environment setup and data management Contribute to performance testing and service virtualisation Strong hands-on experience in API automation (REST, JSON/XML) Tools: Java, Rest Assured, JUnit, Selenium/Playwright Exposure to microservices and cloud environments CI/CD integration knowledge Experience in test data management and mocking frameworks Test Lead (Dual Role - Test Lead Automation Engineer) - 400 AUD/Day Job Summary: The Test Lead will be responsible for test strategy, governance, and hands-on automation delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for supply chain cloud migration initiatives.
