Role: CyberArk PAM SME Location: Melbourne (Hybrid) Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions Experience: 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a CyberArk PAM SME (B3 Band) to support the client IAM program, focusing on privileged access management operations, platform stability, and engineering enhancements. This is a hands-on hybrid role, requiring strong capability across both: Operations (BAU / Incident / Support) Delivery / Engineering (onboarding, automation, enhancements, integrations) The role also requires participation in a 24x7 support model, including on-call roster, to ensure timely response to critical incidents. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support CyberArk PAM operations Handle account onboarding, safes management, password management, and access controls Perform daily BAU activities to ensure platform stability and compliance Support configuration and maintenance of all CyberArk components Work on incidents, service requests, and problem tickets related to CyberArk Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for access issues, failures, and system errors Support priority incidents and contribute during Major Incident Management (MIM) calls Ensure timely resolution aligned with SLA commitments Contribute to CyberArk onboarding activities for privileged, service, and application accounts Participate in solution implementation, enhancements, and platform upgrades Support integration development and troubleshooting with Active Directory / Azure AD, SailPoint / IAM platforms or other Enterprise applications Assist in automation initiatives (scripts, APIs, tools) to improve efficiency Support environment builds, configuration changes, and controlled deployments Contribute to problem management by identifying patterns and preventive fixes Support continuous service improvement initiatives Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation Support audit and compliance activities Ensure adherence to security and governance standards Contact: 61-(02) 7207 6926 for more details.
