The Opportunity Due to continued growth, this national firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Brisbane Construction team. You will work closely with respected leaders in the field on a diverse range of contentious construction matters, acting for: Engineering consultants Builders and contractors Developers Project managers Certifiers Valuers Government and private sector clients The team is known for handling technically challenging disputes and delivering commercially focused solutions across some of Australia's most significant projects. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of matters, build meaningful client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities Manage and progress matters with a high degree of autonomy Advise clients on disputes arising under Australian Standard Construction Contracts Conduct adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act (BIFA) Provide practical, commercially focused advice Build and maintain strong client relationships Work collaboratively with Partners and senior practitioners on complex disputes Why Move Here?
