An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their operation based at a 3PL facility in Kingsgrove. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations while supporting and developing a team to achieve service, productivity, and inventory accuracy targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse staff of 3 across receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, container unloading, and dispatch activities. Allocate and monitor workflow through the warehouse management system to ensure customer deadlines are achieved. Ensure compliance with client SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards. Train and mentor warehouse team members on operational procedures and warehouse systems. Conduct inventory and operational checks to maintain stock accuracy and service levels. Assist with resolving stock discrepancies, damaged freight, and operational issues. Monitor dispatch accuracy and workflow efficiency to drive continuous improvement. Promote a safe, clean, and productive warehouse environment. Support warehouse management with staffing, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives. About You Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Leading Hand, or Senior Storeperson position within a 3PL, transport, or freight forwarding environment. Strong understanding of receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch operations. Experience using WMS platforms and RF scanning technology. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Forklift Licence essential.
